Questions about an article, factual corrections, source suggestions, and editorial inquiries are all welcome.
Found something that needs correction?
Corrections are the most useful message you can send us. If an article misreads a study, cites a source that does not support the claim, links somewhere broken, or has fallen behind current evidence, we want to know.
Every correction is reviewed against the underlying sources before anything changes. We cannot promise that each one results in an edit — sometimes the original reading holds up, and sometimes the disagreement is about interpretation rather than fact. What we can promise is that it gets checked properly rather than filed away.
The most helpful reports name the article, quote the sentence in question, and point to the source you think is being misread.

What we can’t help with
NutriFoodGuide is an educational publication, not a healthcare provider. We cannot provide individualized medical or nutrition advice, interpret your symptoms or lab results, recommend supplements or dosages, or advise on medications and drug–nutrient interactions.
Please do not send personal health information through this form. Questions about your own health, diet, or medication belong with a qualified professional who can see your full picture — a physician, registered dietitian, or pharmacist. That is not a brush-off; it is the only responsible answer to a question we genuinely cannot answer well from here.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Response times
NutriFoodGuide is a small independent publication. We read everything that arrives, and we reply to as much as we reasonably can — corrections and source questions first. Please allow several days.
New here? Start with what NutriFoodGuide is, or read how we research and explain interactions before writing — it answers many of the questions we receive.
